British Literature | Digital Humanities | Media Studies

I am the Program Manager for Yale University’s Digital Humanities Lab. I consult on technical projects, lead workshops on data analysis and visualization, direct our Digital Humanities Teaching Fellowship and Internship programs, and manage communications.

I received my PhD in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where I studied nineteenth-century British literature. My work brings together media studies, history of the book, and information history to think about old and new media in the Victorian period alongside challenges faced today with mass digitization and emerging technologies.
